
Easy Cashew Milk
2 Ingredients
2 Cups Cashews
4 Cups Water
If using a liquidizer it will be necessary to strain the milk in either a muslin or nut milk bag.
This works best if you use a high speed blender specifically made for smoothies, no need to strain.
Method
Cover the cashews with water, soak for at least 4 hours or overnight, overnight works best
Once soaked, drain the water place in high speed blender for 3 minutes.
Bottle and refrigerate till use
Will keep for 3 days in the fridge.
